Bula Bula…

Bula Bula… that’s what Napolitano’s email always says when he sends us pics from Tavarua. I’m not sure what the whole ‘bula’ thing means, but I’m guessing it has something to do with the fact that he gets barreled more than me or you. Photos by Scott Winer.
